Hey Everyone,
Yes, it's been forever, but I am back. Since my last POST in December, I have been to Mumbai, Jakarta, London, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Los Angeles, so you can understand my absence.
Last week, I decided to stay in Oz and flew to Melbourne for the 'Loreal Fashion Festival', taking in a couple of shows over 3 days. The highlight was the MADISON show on Day 3 which consisted of collections from Nicola Finetti, Aurelia Costerella and PROJECT RUNWAY winner Juli Grbac.
Juli's collection 'A Charming Evolution' was the favourite on the night and received an overwelming standing ovation. Juli's 20 piece collection covered everything from a pearl encrusted bolero to the finale gown which was constructed using 40 metres of Chiffon.
A pair of high-waisted cream pants wth cuff and embellished gold hardware, would be a welcome addition to VOGUE editor Kirstie Clements wardobe without a doubt.
Jay Alexander from 'America's Next Top Model', could'nt contain his excitement about the collection, considering the stunned/shocked mullet look on his face during Nicola Finetti and Jayson Brunsdon, which I have to say, were very disappointing.
Dannii Minogue wore GRBAC on 'Australia's Got Talent' last week.
